We had one of most difficult requirements to buy our first time home, anyone living in GTA would know, how hard it can be to find a single floor new bungalow (side split, back split excluded) within a limited budget. It was only possible with Chai's guidance and pragmatic approach, we were able to buy our dream house. He showed us many houses and advised on detailed pros and cons about house (exterior, interior features), neighborhood and most importantly possible problems and its suitability to our current needs. He advised us not to go ahead with specific houses which had some long term issues which we would not have noticed (example - expansive renovated house with poor quality material). We got frustrated in our journey, loosing out on certain bids., he helped us through that period, and saved us buying a house which would not serve our long term requirements. He stopped us from overbidding and he is a master negotiator and has expertise in knowing the right timing to submit an offer (which was one of of main reasons for our successful closing). We were pretty much frustrated first time home buyers in the Toronto real estate market where bidding wars and a 10% annual increase in price is such a common thing. You think twice and the property is gone or you enter a bidding war or your next potential property is 10-20K more expensive. Chai is so full of energy and that energy motivated and helped us make the right decision quickly.

His communication style and personality is very professional & pleasing and that is what probably what made a difference. One more thing about Chai that I personally admire a lot is when he says "I work for you and I will do what you say", he means it. Chai first understands your family and your requirements of buying a house and filters potential properties accordingly.  Because of Chai we ended up negotiating the house value down by 3-4%, 3.5% for first time buyers is a huge deal, he knows how to talk and he does it very well and at that right place and time, which did wonders for us.

Chai doesn't play any sick tricks of locking the buyer down for 6 months by signing a contract document. We lost a property to a bidding war and I liked the way he conducted the entire process. He did not pressure us, he was very genuine and big hearted by letting us choose him only for that that property on that day. I have yet to find a second agent who would do this. He guided us through the entire process and he has good contacts for everything, such as: mortgage brokers; lawyers; home inspectors ; contractors etc…

Chai has a great sense of humor, he is very friendly and great family guy. He loves his family and loves talking about them. My name is Victor Ferreira and I am a small home builder who builds 2 – 3 homes per year.  I just recently built two houses side by side, deciding to keep one for my family and sell the second one with another agent.  What a mistake!!

I listed the house with another agent and had nothing but headaches. Mr. Chai is a highly energetic and customer-oriented sales person. He is a distinctive salesperson as he works only for the benefit of his clients. We liked a home last year and he discouraged us as he understood our expectations and he worked hard to meet our needs. He knew that home was not right for us.
