We had one of most difficult requirements to buy our first time home, anyone living in GTA would know, how hard it can be to find a single floor new bungalow (side split, back split excluded) within a limited budget. It was only possible with Chai's guidance and pragmatic approach, we were able to buy our dream house. He showed us many houses and advised on detailed pros and cons about house (exterior, interior features), neighborhood and most importantly possible problems and its suitability to our current needs. He advised us not to go ahead with specific houses which had some long term issues which we would not have noticed (example - expansive renovated house with poor quality material). My name is Victor Ferreira and I am a small home builder who builds 2 – 3 homes per year.  I just recently built two houses side by side, deciding to keep one for my family and sell the second one with another agent.  What a mistake!!

I listed the house with another agent and had nothing but headaches.
